Richard is a consultant trainer with over 20 Years experience as a Manager, Management Trainer / Learning and Development Consultant within both the public and private sector.



RS Training Solutions is located in Blackpool and delivers learning and development consultancy and training to organisations throughout the UK and in Europe specialising in the design and delivery of bespoke practical solutions to meet customers’ requirements.



Richard has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the fields of Leadership and Management development, Organisational change, Team cultures, HR, Personal and Organisational development. Working in partnership with customers in both the public and private sector in the design, delivery and facilitation of highly effective learning solutions to both staff and managers at all levels



RS Training Solutions specialises in Leadership and Management development offering courses in areas such as Leadership skills, coaching, managing change, negotiating and influencing, team management, performance management, appraisal skills, time management and recruitment and selection interviewing to name but a few.
