Sysop are a 100% focussed ITIL® Service Management organisation offering professional services that assist with the practical adoption of ITIL® practices as an aid to drive IT service improvements for our customers. We have developed our own tools and techniques, as well as establishing partnerships with innovative solution vendors with our goal being to make the journey easier for our customers. Under-pinning this are our training services where we offer more accredited ITIL® courses than any other training provider in the UK. The consultants delivering the training are the very same people working with our customers to develop processes in the field and this brings a real world delivery of our training. This approach is one we have been using for over 10 years and the evidence of its success is in our pass-rates which are second to none (e.g. over 80% pass rate on the Managers Certificate for each of the last 5 years in comparison to the industry average of around 55%).
