WSET Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits

Whats Involved

The WSET Level 2 Award Certificate Course is suitable for anybody who has a serious interest in wine, and wishes to broaden their knowledge in a structured way. Over 30 wines will be tasted as part of the course. Students will receive a course book (a comprehensive guide to the wines of the world - illustrated with detailed maps & label explanations), a study guide (complete with maps, example questions, and forms for your own tasting notes) and laminated tasting card.

Our Level 2 Intermediate Course will run on 3 consecutive Mondays (9:15am-4pm) (12 hours additional private study is also recommended for this course). The Examination is 50 multiple choice questions, and lasts 1 hour.

This Course would suit

Anyone wishing to further their knowledge and career in wines. Suitable for employees in wine suppliers and merchants, bars and restaurants.
There are no pre-requisites for this course.
Course materials and exam papers are available in other languages including Chinese , though delivery will be in English.
Special requirements can be catered for.

Qualification obtained

WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits has full accreditation from OfQual as part of the UK Government's Qualifications & Credits Framework as a Level 2 Vocational Qualification.
The qualification is internationally recognised.
