The initial agreement is for 3 months, but can be terminated at any time by Lancashire Training Ltd if deemed appropriate. In this instance, all course information from the training provider will be removed from the website.

Provider's obligation

The training provider needs to maintain accurate details of each course they would like Lancashire Training to advertise on their behalf. You must agree to keep up to date information on the website regarding;  Course content, Course availability, Venue, Cost and any other changes.

As the training provider, please note that NO references to your business name, and contact details including telephone numbers, website and email addresses should be included when completing the on line form for each of your courses on the Lancashire Training website.

Please note training providers MUST NOT advertise their business name or advertise any associated certificates on the website.

All training providers are obliged to confirm bookings with the customer, within 2 working days   from receipt of the booking from Lancashire Training.

Lancashire Training will need one dedicated contact from each training provider, with whom to liaise regarding confirmation of bookings at all times.

If a course is cancelled, and the provider has not informed Lancashire Training, we reserve the right to keep all monies accepted from customers via the website, and expect the provider to inform the customer of the next available date for the course of their choice. If the new course date is not acceptable to the customer, the provider will be responsible for refunding the monies already taken by Lancashire Training, to the customer if this is the customer's preference.

If the customer does not attend the training providers course and has paid in full, or the customer cancels before the course takes place, it is expected that the training provider will utilise their usual course of action if a refund is applicable to the customer.

Bookings

Lancashire Training will take a booking fee of the total cost, for each course booked via Lancashiretraining.co.uk.

Customers will be advised on the website that this will be a "non-refundable" deposit if they do not attend the course in question.

For any bespoke requirements, which have been initially received via Lancashire Training, and any subsequent bookings from Lancashire Training and initial introductions, the above booking fee still applies.
