ILM Level 2 – Award in Effective Team Member Skills - Course Number 880

Whats Involved

Designed to give you a basic knowledge of the various roles, functions and responsibilities within a team and the limits of your authority and accountability.

There is one mandatory unit in ‘Developing yourself as an effective team member’ and this is a good starting point for those of you who are new to your roles, or for aspiring leaders who wish to gain a solid understanding of team dynamics and effective leadership.

It will take at least 11 guided learning hours (Glh) to complete. There are 3 credits associated with this qualification. Assessment is by the successful completion of a reflective review.
