ILM Level 2 – Award in Introduction to Business Improvement - Course Number 875

Whats Involved

Aims to give you a solid foundation for your formal development, and in particular to gain basic knowledge of business improvement techniques and business improvement skills.

There are seven mandatory units as shown below:
*Business improvement techniques
*Achieving objectives in the workplace
*Using information for action in the workplace
*Understanding health and safety in the workplace
*Understanding methods of communicating in the workplace
*Satisfying customer requirements
*Understanding effective team working

It will take at least 34 guided learning hours (Glh) to complete. There are 8 credits associated with this qualification. Assessment is by the successful completion of a business improvement assignment.
