ILM Level 2 – Award in Personal Development - Course Number 872

Whats Involved

Whether you are a school leaver, just starting a new role, or are a practicing or potential team leader, this course aims to allow you to develop knowledge and skills that will assist your personal development and allow you to become more effective in the workplace.

There are four mandatory units as shown below:

* Induction and Coaching in the Workplace
* Diversity in the Workplace
* Workplace Communication
* Managing Yourself

It will take at least 26 guided learning hours (Glh) to complete. There are 5 credits associated with this qualification. Assessment is by the successful completion of two reflective reviews.
