Whats Involved

THis Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Award in Food Safety is a half day course for new employees with little or no prior food safety knowledge.

The training programme covers the following topics:
Food Safety (food hygiene, hazards,
responsibilities)
Personal Hygiene
Cleaning
Contamination

This Course would suit

Those working with low risk or covered food and front of house workers, such as waiting or check out staff and back of house workers such as kitchen porters and warehouse staff.
