Whats Involved

Key objectives;

The activities provide opportunities to develop their confidence and competence in achieving high performance, through opportunities to consider models, to develop strategies, to practise skills and minimise barriers to effectiveness. Several of the activities involve self- assessment or review exercises that participants can build on in the final personal development planning activity.

The Learning Experience;

Each activity has been designed to stand alone and is based on the experiential learning cycle;

• Have an experience
• Review it and assess what has happened
• Draw conclusions and see if this experience fits into our existing or a new theoretical framework
• Look at what this tells us about our behaviour in the work place and decide what we need to be doing differently in the future.

Course Days

The course is 3 days consecutive/non consecutive days with a 1-1 review with the trainer on the 3rd day for personal feedback and discussion of the delegates chosen individual development areas.
